Qualifications

  • You must have a Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years.

  • Experience mentoring unqualified staff is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assume key carer responsibilities for designated children.
  • Prepare and support children’s activities.
  • Maintain effective management in the absence of leaders.
  • Ensure nursery meets Early Years Foundation Stage standards.
