Responsibilities

• Business partnering for the Richmond villages operations to improve operational performance.
• Development and production of regular and ad hoc reporting and analysis.
• Investment appraisal of operational proposals across the Richmond villages portfolio.
• Subject Matter Expert for projects driving change across the Villages portfolio.
• Assist in the planning and budgeting process alongside Finance Business Partners.
• Provide and promote a culture of data analytics to aid operational decision making.

Finance experience including reporting, planning, forecasting, and cost control

Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills

Education

Part or newly qualified accountant or qualified by experience
