The opportunity

To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Channel Sales and Marketing Specialist (Manchester - Leeds - Sheffield area) to strengthen our UK team. This is a home-office–based role, where you will play a key role in driving channel performance and marketing initiatives.

The Channel Sales and Marketing Specialist plays a key role in accelerating revenue growth through channel partners by combining business development, partner activation and marketing execution. This role operates across sales, marketing and partner enablement and is responsible for generating pipeline, strengthening partner engagement, supporting reseller development and activating marketing programs that drive measurable revenue impact. The role works closely with the Country Sales Manager and regional sales team to translate strategy into execution across desk-based and field activities.

Your responsibilities
  • Coordinate customer, partner and sales team complaints and corrective actions.
  • Support sales teams in opportunity development and follow-up for example qualification of leads.
  • Develop, maintain and grow business relationships with distributors and resellers.
  • Plan, coordinate and execute marketing initiatives, including: Channel Promotions & campaigns, Events & Exhibitions, Social Media & Content Creation, Translations and Localized Materials, Website Adaptations and Digital Marketing activities.
  • Increase mindshare and partner engagement through targeted programs and initiatives.
  • Support distributor and reseller sales teams to improve partner satisfaction and sales effectiveness.
  • Measure, report and optimize marketing ROI.
  • Track, document and maintain commercial data in Salesforce, Oracle and other systems.
  • Collaborate with peers in other countries / regions / departments to optimize programs, output and results.
  • Additional duties as requested.
  • Support site specific QMS initiatives for continuous process improvement.
What we’re looking for
  • Higher education Business degree.
  • 3-5 years relevant experience.
  • Solid understanding of indirect sales models and channel dynamics. Experience in working with IT channel partners in B2B.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve incremental revenue generation.
  • Able to solve problems creatively and have an aptitude for understanding new technologies and changes in our industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a territory team.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships in a multi-tiered channel sales environment and to communicate effectively with other functional groups in an international environment.
  • Ability to learn and exhibit knowledge of technical B2B product lines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience with creative design tools like Canva and in Design will be valued.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), Oracle and Salesforce.
  • Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the job as described to you for the position.
