Qualifications

• Proven senior leadership experience in Information Management within the buildings/construction sector.
• Strong track record developing and growing IM/digital delivery service offerings.
• Demonstrable ability to originate work, support bids, and maintain key client relationships.
• Deep understanding of ISO 19650, CDEs, and project information delivery across RIBA stages.
• Experience leading, mentoring, and scaling Information Management teams.
• Commercial awareness in pricing, scope definition, and risk management.
• Fully competent in core BIM software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Information Management team, driving growth and development.
• Act as the key client-facing contact for Information Management and BIM.
• Oversee project performance metrics and resource management.
• Manage the information management strategy for projects.
