Qualifications

• Minimum of one year’s experience in a general maintenance or handy person role.
• Professional qualification in a trade is preferred.
• Full driving licence required.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety practices, including Fire Safety and COSHH.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the building and grounds through routine maintenance tasks.
• Carry out general maintenance tasks such as electrical and plumbing repairs.
• Support new residents in arranging their rooms.
• Ensure timely ordering of replacement goods.
• Provide out of hours emergency service.
