We are seeking an Enablement Lead for a pivotal role within the Firmwide Data Office, responsible for driving divisional-wide standards, reporting, and insight that enable effective delivery across fleets. This is not an administrative co‑ordinating position: the Enablement Lead is a strategic operator and strong doer who proactively synthesises complex information into clear, compelling narratives for leadership, ensures divisional alignment, and drives cross‑fleet effectiveness.
The role is ideally suited to someone with consulting‑style problem‑solving skills, strong analytical acumen, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Firmwide data office (FDO) is a group within the Cyber, Data Risk and Resiliency Division that focuses on Data as a key priority of Morgan Stanleys overall Strategy. FDO develops tooling & solutions for Data Flows, Data Risk Reduction, Discover & Insights & Cyber‑Security & Resiliency.
