Qualifications

• Knowledge of NEC3 / NEC4 / FIDIC contracts desirable.
• An understanding of the construction industry.
• Knowledge of Utilities industry standards in the UK.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Preparing tenders for clients and commercial bids.
• Developing and presenting project proposals.
• Managing construction schedules and budgets.
• Overseeing final accounts & Handover at the end of a project.
