We are looking for a post-ASYE year/experienced Social Worker to join our compassionate and forward‑thinking team in Buckinghamshire.
As part of a supportive multi‑disciplinary service, you will work with adults experiencing a wide range of mental health needs, providing high‑quality social care interventions that promote safety, independence and recovery. This is an excellent chance for a motivated practitioner who is passionate about strengths‑based, relationship‑centred practice, and who wants to make a meaningful difference to adults, families and carers across Buckinghamshire.
You will be an ambassador for social work within adult mental health, championing high standards of practice and contributing to service improvement within a dynamic clinical environment.
