Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record required.
• Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working in extremely cold and hot environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform general custodial duties including vacuuming and cleaning common areas.
• Thoroughly clean apartments ensuring move-in readiness.
• Maintain exterior cleanliness of buildings and grounds.
• Operate and maintain commercial cleaning equipment.
• Monitor properties for safety deficiencies and report issues.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Open and close facilities, securing buildings as necessary.
