Qualifications

• You must hold a Level 3 Electrical qualification, including 17th or 18th Edition.
• Experience or general knowledge of plumbing and joinery is necessary.
• You should maintain accurate logbooks in compliance with ISO standards.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, joinery, and plastering.
• Respond to maintenance requests and assist with repairs.
• Support redecoration and improvement projects across the site.
