We have our own minibuses to be able to support our young people in accessing college. The college provides specialist education and support for 200+ young people aged 16-25 with moderate and complex learning difficulties and disabilities with some, requiring access to transport.No formal qualifications are needed, just a natural rapport with young adults, alongside an awareness and understanding of special educational needs.A willingness to support students with medical needs.
