Qualifications

• Current GMC registration and inclusion on the Medical Performers List required.
• Strong experience in telephone or remote clinical assessment.
• Ability to work autonomously within your professional scope.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence supporting multidisciplinary colleagues.
• Understanding of the legal and clinical responsibilities of GP triage.

Responsibilities

• Providing telephone and online video assessments for patients requiring enhanced clinical triage.
• Monitoring and managing clinical hub triage queues.
• Assessing a wide range of cases, including children and emergency contraception queries.
• Supporting Clinical Advisors in validating Emergency Department and Green Ambulance dispositions.
• Managing prescription requests alongside pharmacists and administrative teams.
