A faith-based organisation is seeking a Behaviour Support Practitioner to deliver evidence-based support for individuals with disabilities. Join our Therapy and Behaviour Support team delivering life changing support across Samaritans and Anglican Care. As a behaviour support practitioner, you will complete evidence-based behavioural assessments, interventions, and develop behaviour support plans to support children and adults to achieve their goals. You’ll focus on building the skills and capacity of individuals, families, and support networks to promote inclusion and quality of life. Working within NDIS and child-safe standards, you’ll be part of a positive, collaborative team committed to delivering high-quality care and achieving meaningful outcomes.
