• Proven experience in a Finance Business Partnering or FP&A role.

• Experience working with large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-depth analysis of costs and spending.
• Challenge departmental spending against budgets.
• Partner with teams for planning, forecasting, and reviews.
• Support month-end close process with accounting team.
• Identify trends, risks, discrepancies, and opportunities.
• Improve forecasting accuracy and data modeling.
• Build and refine financial models linking activities to outcomes.
• Produce insightful financial reports for management.
• Design and maintain dashboards and KPIs.
• Proactively anticipate future financial needs.
