Care In Hand is seeking an experienced and motivated Care Coordinator to join our established domiciliary care team.
With over 20 years’ experience in elderly domiciliary care across Pembrokeshire and West Carmarthenshire, Care In Hand is recruiting an ambitious, hardworking team player, with relevant experience and qualifications within the domiciliary home care industry.
The Care Coordinator role will be 40 hours per week over 4 days including some weekends; shift times are 0700 – 1700 or 1200 – 2200.
There is no on call duty. We have a team of call monitors.
This role will be offered with the assistance of extensive training for the first 3 months of probation with the allocation of the Registered Manager to induct you to the new role.
