Contract Type: 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC)

Are you curious, people-driven, and ready to make a real impact? We're on the lookout for an energetic, forward-thinking individual to take on a critical role in recruiting the next generation of apprentices, graduates, and early talent into the construction and engineering industry.

We are seeking an Early Talent Recruitment specialist who will be the engine behind our graduate and apprentice recruitment efforts – making sure the process runs smoothly, stakeholders are supported, and candidates have an outstanding experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate end-to-end early talent recruitment, from campaign launch to offer stage – across digital and virtual channels.
  • Review applications with an eye for detail and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Communicate confidently with candidates and business stakeholders, providing updates and guidance throughout the process.
  • Champion the candidate experience – engage with applicants, track progress, and ensure smooth communication.
  • Support the recruitment team with general administrative tasks and reporting.
  • Uphold Diversity & Inclusion principles throughout the recruitment process.
  • Identify trends to improve performance and enhance processes.
Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Enjoys connecting with people and building relationships.
  • Comfortable speaking with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple activities in a structured manner.
  • Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is highly desirable.
  • Strong digital and data skills (Excel, SharePoint, ATS platforms).
