Job summary

A regional fire and rescue service seeks an Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Advisor to promote inclusiveness and coordinate training. The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience in ED&I, alongside strong administrative skills. Responsibilities include managing the People Impact Assessment process and collaborating with staff. This is a permanent full-time position offering a salary of £31,537 to £33,143 per annum with flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

  • Recent experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to interpret guidelines and provide advice.
