ECT Teacher

We are looking for a variety of Secondary Teachers from a Maths, Science, English, P.E, Art etc background. We are working with a number of schools in Buckinghamshire who require ECTs from January 2026.

We are looking for ECT's looking to complete their training. The ideal Teacher will be committed, positive and a versatile teacher to join their successful department.

You would be required to deliver excellent subject knowledge to KS3 and KS4.

The Role:

You will be responsible for ensuring students are on task, managing behaviour, engaging in students with fun and inspiring lessons.

You will be expected to undertake all aspects of a permanent teaching role from planning, preparing, and delivering quality lessons, raising attainment, managing behaviour, marking and assessing work and attending training, meetings and parent evenings.

The teaching jobs we offer will require you to have previous, recent experience within a secondary school in the UK.

You will need to have strong behaviour management skills and be able to follow and implement classroom activities.

You must have excellent subject knowledge and a Good/Outstanding track record of delivering quality lessons across all key stages.
