Qualifications

• Knowledge of high school level reading, writing, and arithmetic.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Building maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the organization’s safety program.
• Conduct routine heating and air conditioning maintenance.
• Carry out general repair and maintenance needs.
• Perform plumbing and electrical maintenance and repairs.
• Respond in a timely manner to alarms and codes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
