• Conduct periodic water temperature checks and sprinkler system pressure recordings.
• Assist with general facility maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure timely completion of all maintenance work.
• Schedule work to minimize disruption to programming.
• Maintain professional relationships with contractors.
• Conduct periodic walk-throughs to document necessary repairs.
• Conduct quarterly and yearly testing of fire alarms and sprinkler systems.
