Qualifications

• Basic understanding of engineering principles and building services systems.

• Previous industry experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and specification of building services systems.
• Produce and update technical drawings under supervision.
• Support engineering calculations such as heat loss/gain and ventilation rates.
• Attend site visits to observe installations and assist with inspections.
• Maintain organised project files and documentation.
• Participate in training and mentoring sessions.
