Cameron Laird Architects are seeking a talented, enthusiastic and ambitious Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join the practice within its office in Edinburgh City Centre.

CLA are a small Commercial Architectural Practice operating throughout Scotland from its office in Edinburgh City Centre. Our projects range across a variety of sectors and scales and cover refurbishments & alterations of existing commercial buildings to new build developments and masterplanning. Key sectors we're currently actively involved in include Retail; Industrial & Manufacturing; Office& Workplace, Residential and Mixed Use Masterplanning.

Candidates should have excellent graphic, presentation and communication skills alongside good technical knowledge and understanding. Previous experience in UK based practice is an advantage, alongside a working knowledge of the Scottish Planning process and Scottish Building Regulations.

Applicants should be experienced in Autocad, Photoshop and experience of Sketchup or other 3D modelling software would be beneficial.

We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience. Salary expectations will be discussed at interview.
