A leading care provider in Northeast Fife seeks a dedicated Shift Lead to manage daily operations at the Cupar service area. The role involves supervising staff, providing personal care, and ensuring compliance with documentation and support plans. An enhanced AdultPVG Is Required for this role.
You will have dedicated off-rota time to complete management and administrative tasks, in addition to working as part of the staff team when required.
£13.82 per hour Mon - Fri
£16.80 per hour Sat - Sun
Fife Council through Fife Health and Social Care Partnership have introduced an hourly rate enhancement until the end of March 2026.
