You’ll ensure we’re meeting regulatory, legal and operational obligations, while enabling teams to make confident, well‑judged decisions. You’ll provide pragmatic, solution‑focused guidance, spotting and addressing conduct and operational risks early and helping the business evidence good outcomes for customers.
