An educational institution is seeking a part-time Teacher of Art in Cambridgeshire. This role is ideal for an experienced teacher or an ECT, responsible for encouraging students from Year 7 to A level. Candidates must possess a PGCE, qualified teacher status, and a strong University Art degree. Communication and organizational skills are essential. Kimbolton School is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic individual to join the team as a part-time Teacher of Art. This is a great opportunity for either an experienced teacher, or an ECT, teaching from 1st Form (Year 7) up to A level. Art is a popular subject at Kimbolton, and the main responsibility of this role will be to encourage pupils to learn by making art both interesting and accessible.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic about art and working with young people, with strong communication and organisational skills. A PGCE with qualified teacher status is essential, as well as a good University Art degree and portfolio of own work.
