We are looking for 4 yes 4 Sourcing / Procurement Specialists supporting teams buying for the Private and Public Sector across areas such as Healthcare, Medical and Surgical, Pharma and Facilities Management.
Up to £43,000 Per Annum
Birmingham / Hybrid (2-3 days from home)
Permanent / Full Time / 8:30-4:30 (Flexi) / Mon-Fri
This role supports end-to-end strategic sourcing across assigned healthcare product categories, developing strategies to drive value, mitigate risk, and improve supplier leverage.
You’ll manage the full procurement process—from market research and bid preparation through to contract launch.
You’ll present sourcing strategies and final award recommendations to internal stakeholders and contribute to customer-facing presentations.
The role also involves building supplier relationships, reviewing products and technologies, and maintaining effective customer engagement at all levels.
You’ll need 2–3 years' procurement experience, with a track record in category management, stakeholder engagement, and contract negotiations. Exposure to public sector healthcare procurement is ideal but not necessarily essential to be considered as we are open to other backgrounds.
