We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth within our Catering division, which includes two market-leading product suites:
Reporting to the Head of New Business – Caterers, you will be responsible for growing revenue across the Cypad and BlueRunner portfolios within schools, local authorities, MATs, and catering providers. You will own a new business target of £250k+ and play a key role in expanding our customer base and maximising revenue.
You will identify new sales opportunities, drive upsell within existing accounts, and collaborate closely with Payments and Parental Engagement sales teams to maximise cross-product growth. This role requires strong sector knowledge in education and catering, commercial awareness, and the ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment.
Regular travel, including some overnight stays, is required.
