• 10+ years in FMCG or Self Care manufacturing experience.
• Proven leadership in reliability or maintenance roles.
• Strong knowledge of reliability engineering tools.
• Familiarity with ISO9001, ISO14001, and cGMP.

• Define and champion the site reliability strategy.
• Lead deployment of RPS tools and initiatives.
• Drive proactive and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Monitor and improve equipment uptime.
