Job summary

A leading global food company in Wolverhampton is seeking a Trainer to implement and maintain health and safety training programs. You will be responsible for assessing existing programs, designing new ones and ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, knowledge of environmental health and safety, and relevant qualifications such as HACCP. Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • In-depth knowledge of environmental health and safety—ideally IOSH or Level 3 Health and Safety.
  • Food safety/HACCP qualifications.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Train the Trainer Qualification.

Responsibilities

  • Translate, implement and deliver environmental health and safety training strategy.
  • Support environmental health and safety data management system.
  • Handle environmental, health and safety records and reporting.
  • Contribute innovative ideas for environmental health and safety activity planning.
  • Provide technical and regulatory knowledge to build a strong safety culture.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
