CNC Miller – Contract

Aerospace | Lancashire | £26 per hour

We are recruiting for an experienced CNC Miller (Setter/Operator) to join a leading Aerospace manufacturer based in Lancashire.

This is an initial 8-week contract, with a strong likelihood of extension. For the right person, there is also an opportunity to move into a permanent position.

The Role

• CNC Milling within a regulated aerospace manufacturing environment

• Setter/Operator responsibilities (programming not essential)

• Producing high-precision components to tight tolerances

• Working from engineering drawings and quality specifications

CNC Milling Machines

You will be working on a range of modern CNC milling machines, including:

• Mori

• ACE 400

• ACE 500

• DVM

• SV

• 2 × Mywx CNC Mills

Shifts

• Days: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:30

  • Early finish on Fridays

• Opportunity to move onto 2pm – 10pm, 4 days per week

• No weekend work

Pay Rate

• £26 per hour (Contract)

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CNC Miller Setter/Operator

• Aerospace experience preferred

• Confident working with CNC milling machines

• Strong attention to detail and quality
