Location: Meadow View, Doncaster
We are looking to appoint a Team Leader to join our specialist residential service at Meadow View, Doncaster. There are two distinct aspects to the role of a Team Leader, a direct support role to the people who use our services and a management function. You will be responsible for the general supervision of support colleagues to ensure that the people we support receive a complete person‑centred care service. Mentoring, supervising, coaching and assessing support workers’ practice is the primary focus of this role along with influencing colleague performance and acting as an excellent role model.
You must hold a Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care or be working towards a level 3 and have significant experience of care support work at a standard assessed as competent in all aspects of the role.
