A leading automated storage solutions provider is seeking a Field Service Technician in Leeds to perform installation, maintenance, and repair of technical products at customer sites. The successful candidate will focus on preventative and corrective maintenance, provide customer training, and perform remote diagnostics. A background in mechanics or electronics is required, along with strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach. This role offers a full-time position with opportunities for travel.

Qualifications

• Confident and strong assertive team player.
• English language CEFR Level B1 (intermediate), senior Level B2 (upper intermediate).
• Logistics knowledge/experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Preventative & corrective maintenance of Kardex systems & solutions.
• Customer training on various aspects.
• Provide remote diagnostics and on-call service to customers.
