Overview

Zenith International (part of Publicis Media) is looking for a Paid Social Account Manager to support the Paid Social activation for an exciting client brand in the travel and hospitality sector, and one other recent new business win. Salary is competitive and you will have the opportunity to join a renowned team of award‑winning digital marketers, leading an expert team across two continents and a multitude of Social platforms. We are looking for a confident self‑starter who is looking to expand their team and campaign management skills across an exciting and dynamic team.

The role will span multiple client teams, one being an exciting recent business win for Zenith International.

The other client is a travel and hospitality business that operates on a global scale. It is a ‘Power of One’ client, comprising the best talent and product offering from agencies across the Publicis Groupe, including creative, production, strategy, technology and media planning and buying. This client gives the opportunity to work across multiple international teams and parts of the Publicis Groupe business.

The client is a leader in the international travel and hospitality industry with a significant footprint globally, most notably within Europe and North Africa, offering premium, mid‑range and economy solutions for guests. They invest in all digital media across brand and performance and have clear and specific KPIs the agency will be measured against. In order to deliver these KPIs, we need the best talent to drive strategic innovation and operational excellence consistently.

This role will sit within the Europe and North Africa (ENA) region and will have accountability for delivery across multiple local markets in a centralised regional model.

Responsibilities
  • Lead day to day paid social strategy and execution across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, X, and emerging platforms.
  • Develop data driven recommendations that highlight unique value proposition and drive measurable performance.
  • Manage full funnel activation, from demand generation to retargeting, ensuring campaigns ladder up to brand and commercial goals.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, analytics, and performance specialists to deliver cohesive, insightled plans.
  • Oversee reporting, analysis, and optimisation, ensuring continuous improvement in efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Present performance updates and strategic recommendations directly to the internal and external stakeholders, building trusted relationships.
  • Monitor trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to ensure Zenith remains ahead of the curve in paid social innovation.
Qualifications
  • Experience in Meta, Snapchat and Pinterest as priority channels, and willingness to learn new platforms based on client business needs.
  • Experience with campaign planning and activation.
  • Ability to design, implement and interpret advanced measurement solutions for both brand and performance advertisers.
  • Experience with technology, measurement and verification partners.
