Qualifications

• Previous experience in procurement and supply chain management in construction or infrastructure.
• Excellent working knowledge of the construction supply chain in the Scottish Central Belt.
• Good knowledge of NEC contracts, preferably NEC4.
• Demonstrated ability to develop supply chain strategies.
