The Role:

Following the successful launch of our new Panastore website, we have opened a position for a dynamic and organised Panastore Assistant to join our Greenford store on a 3‑month Fixed Term Contract (FTC).

This is a fast‑paced, full‑time role where you’ll play a key part in ensuring our store runs smoothly during this exciting period of change.

Panastore hours:

Our Panastore hours are Monday to Friday, with your weekends and evenings being OFF!

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple customer accounts, handling features, promotions, online orders, walk‑in traffic, and phone inquiries.
• Generate quotes, negotiate pricing, process orders, manage stock pulls and deliveries, and ensure backorders are handled promptly.
• Complete invoices, ensure accurate payments are received, and manage purchase orders for the accounting team.
• Maintain optimal stock levels, place orders with suppliers, verify deliveries, and manage inventory records.
• Keep our shop floor presentable, organized, and well‑stocked.
• As you gain experience, you’ll assist our Panastore Manager with training new staff and take on additional projects.
