Common Thread are looking for an experienced Senior Therapeutic Support Worker to join our team at our service near Lockerbie. Our small Residential Child Care homes create caring and supportive family-style environments for young people who have had challenging life experiences. By placing the needs and interests of our young people at the heart of everything we do, our therapeutic homes support our young people to heal and grow.
This is a fantastic leadership opportunity to demonstrate the high standards that we require to achieve the best possible outcomes for our young people. Working together with the House Manager, you will help to establish a dedicated and supportive team who are passionate about putting the needs of our young people first and acting with integrity and honesty. You will be able to use your knowledge and experience to help coach and develop members of the team. This is a key leadership role, responsible for creating a stable, safe and caring environment for the young people in our care.
Requirements:
£37,211.20 to £39,208 per year (this includes sleep over allowance)
