Downey Osborne is partnering with a well-established organisation to recruit an experienced Credit Controller on a 9‑month fixed-term contract. This role is central to the finance team, focusing on managing customer accounts, supporting cash collection, and building strong internal and external relationships.

About Your Role

Manage and collect outstanding balances in line with agreed terms

Post and reconcile customer payments accurately

Monitor credit exposure and support credit limit decisions

Resolve account queries and discrepancies promptly
