A leading leisure provider in Lewisham is seeking a Lifeguard to ensure customer safety and deliver excellent service at Glass Mill Leisure Centre. As a Lifeguard, you will supervise pool activities and support daily operations. Ideal candidates will display a can-do attitude, a passion for swimming, and strong customer service skills. A National Pool Lifeguard Qualification is preferred but training can be provided. This role offers a competitive salary and numerous employee benefits promoting community health and well-being.

Ideally,you'llhave your National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) withup to dateNPLQ training records and if not the NPLQ training can be provided subject to passing a swim test.
You will experience regular pool rotations
Supervising and cleaning the pool area
Setting up equipment
Deliver first-class customer service
Deal with customer queries
When not poolside you will be a key support to your teamon a daily basisfrom preparing Studios,Gymsor Sports Halls for various activities to the general cleaning and upkeep of the centre.
