Job summary

A leading service provider in the offshore industry is seeking a Marine Superintendent based in Aberdeen. This role requires expertise in marine operations, safety, and regulatory compliance, with responsibilities including managing operational risks, conducting vessel audits, and providing support to teams. The ideal candidate must possess a minimum Class II (Deck) Certificate of Competency and previous ISM auditing experience. The position includes worldwide travel and offers an engaging work environment focused on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Previous ISM auditing experience.
• Strong working knowledge of maritime legislation, codes, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure marine risks are clearly identified and captured.
• Support the delivery of operational efficiencies and continuous improvement.
• Ensure vessels maintain Flag State and Class certification requirements.
