Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers & Site Manager in overall installation.
• Assemble and wire up AV Systems to design drawings.
• Configure and test systems prior to leaving the workshop.
• Mount and install AV equipment as required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise.
• Build and maintain client relationships.

The Role

The Position of Installation Engineer is based in the Engineering Department and report to Head of AV Operations. Working as an AV Installation Engineer, you will take responsibility installing AV systems to the highest standard.

Responsibilities

• To Assist Project Managers & Site Manager with the overall installation of systems on Large projects, both on and off site.
• To assemble and wire up AV Systems, to supplied design drawings and cable schedules, to the highest possible standards. To configure and test systems prior to leaving our workshop.
• Mount and install AV equipment such as projectors, screens, speakers, amplifiers, and control systems as required.
• Configure equipment settings and connections
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
• To Provide on‑site technical operation services as and when required.
• To assist in on‑site system maintenance as and when required
• Ensure that health & safety policies are always complied with
