• Main Contractor work experience would be ideal.
• Good understanding of construction-related quantity measurement.

Responsibilities

• Assist with tendering and managing subcontract works.
• Support the Project Quantity Surveying Team in their tasks.
• Prepare sub-contract orders and liaise with Procurement.
• Attend post-tender subcontract interviews.
• Measure building and civil engineering works.
• Prepare monthly valuations and final accounts.

Skills

Understanding of measuring quantities
