Overview

You will work closely with the repair team at the Accident repair centre to understand what parts are required for the work that is coming into the site and to manage stock with external parts suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Ordering of parts
• Stock management
• Upselling of products and services
• Becoming a parts expert
• Ensure workshop areas are dealt with quickly and efficiently and that all orders are processed on the same day
• Complete all administrative functions in an accurate and timely manner
• Log any discrepancies of stock with the Site Manager

Qualifications

• You should have a good understanding of parts ordering and be able to prioritise your workload efficiently.
• You should be proactive and a team player.
• Communication is important in this role.
