A leading water retailer in the UK is seeking a Senior Learning & Development Advisor to embed a learning culture across the organization. This role involves identifying development needs, designing effective learning interventions, and facilitating training sessions. Ideal candidates will possess strong coaching skills, a passion for learning, and experience in delivering training. The position offers a salary of up to £40,000 and a great work-life balance with no weekend work.
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Learning & Development Advisor to join our People & Development team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in embedding a learning culture across Business Stream, ensuring colleagues have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders to identify development needs and design, coordinate, and implement effective learning interventions. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll guide managers and teams to achieve their goals while championing continuous improvement and innovation in training delivery.
