Time served engineer – Electrical or Mechanical discipline

Confident in carrying out statutory maintenance tasks

Understanding of BMS systems

Ability to use a CMMS system

Excellent communication skills

Education

Typically requires 5+ years of related experience

IOSH Managing Safely

Minimum GCSE qualified or equivalent
