Overview

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our friendly team in Bulford, on either a full time or part time basis. If you have previous administration experience and are looking for career progression, this is the role for you!

You will play a vital part in supporting our Senior Managers with a range of administrative tasks, including (but not limited to):

  • Managing and coordinating diaries, meetings, and appointments in relation to priority
  • Managing meeting agendas and minutes
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of senior managers
  • Managing email inboxes
  • Managing and uploading departmental records on our systems
  • Project administration tasks, such as tracking progress, compiling data, and maintaining documentation
  • Organising internal and external client meetings
  • Raising purchase orders and invoices
  • Occasional general administrative support for the wider management team
  • Occasional travel to Larkhill, Aldershot, and Faringdon, to support with operational or management meetings
What are we looking for?
  • Previous administration or PA experience
