Qualifications

• Experience in Adult Social Care is essential.
• Must be able to complete Care Act assessments and reviews.
• Experience with Mental Capacity Act assessments is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload within Adult Social Care.
• Complete Care Act assessments, reviews, and support planning.
• Undertake Mental Capacity Act assessments and Best Interest decisions.
• Carrying out safeguarding enquiries in line with Section 42.
