East Midlands Club Support Officer

England Boxing are currently seeking to appoint a new Club Support Officer for the East Midlands region. The Club Support Officer will play a crucial role, aligning with England Boxing’s strategy to support clubs in enhancing sustainability and development.

Key to the role:

  • Be able to understand the political landscape for sport and activity in your region.
  • Establish relationships that positively impact clubs as well as advise clubs on how to meet objectives in the Government strategy for sport, based on achieving wider social outcomes.
  • Support clubs to overcome any issues that impact the club’s sustainability and development, such as facility development, rent and lease agreements, asset transfer, club committees, finances, grant applications, and business planning.

The successful candidate will join the existing team of seven Club Support Officers based in different regions around the country. The East Midlands role covers Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire, Leicestershire, Derbyshire and Northamptonshire.
