Overview

Location: CDE Global Cookstown Location

The Graduate Marketing Assistant will support the Digital and Regional Marketing teams in promoting CDE globally across its five strategic regions. This role offers hands-on experience across a wide range of marketing activities, including digital, content, campaigns, events, customer engagements, and performance reporting.

You will work closely with experienced marketers, business development teams, and external agencies to support the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing initiatives—helping build brand awareness, generate leads, and support commercial objectives. This role is designed to develop your marketing capability and increase your long-term employability.

Responsibilities

About The Role

• Digital & Content Marketing
  • Create, curate, publish, and moderate content for CDE’s social media channels (e.g. LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
  • Produce and manage content calendars, coordinating with Regional Marketing, Brand, and Culture Teams
  • Support website and email marketing activity, including editing and managing core content
  • Populate and maintain content across CDE’s digital platforms and systems
• Campaigns, Events & Regional Marketing Support
  • Support regional marketing teams in the localisation and execution of annual marketing plans
  • Assist in the planning, delivery, and evaluation of online and offline marketing activity, including:
• Advertising and PR
• Events and customer engagements
• Sales presentations and brand materials
• Direct and digital marketing
• Support the execution of customer engagements in collaboration with Marketing and Business Development teams
• Analysis, Reporting & Market Insight
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance and ROI across campaigns and activities
  • Provide digital insights using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and SEMrush
  • Track regional competitor activity and conduct wider market and industry analysis
  • Prepare reports against key metrics for the Marketing leadership team
• Stakeholder & Administrative Support
  • Support internal stakeholders with marketing systems, enquiries, and lead management
  • Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support using CDE systems
  • Compile, organise, and distribute marketing assets (videos, photos, case studies, etc.) to internal teams
  • Support translation and localisation requirements where required
  • Provide ad hoc administrative and project support to the wider Marketing team.
