Job summary

A community health service provider in Rochdale is seeking a Mental Health Practitioner/Senior Children's Wellbeing Practitioner to deliver early support to children and young people with emerging mental health needs. Qualifications

  • NMC nursing or social work qualification or equivalent.
  • Significant post qualification experience in community mental health services.
  • Professional involvement with users of mental health services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely mental health advice and signposting.
  • Offer emotional wellbeing support in drop-in sessions.
  • Deliver brief therapeutic interventions to young people.
