Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills, able to transform data into insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze key market trends across Digital, Finance, E-invoicing, and Customer Communications.
  • Support market and customer segmentation efforts by geography and industry.
  • Deliver actionable insights to support marketing, sales, and product decision-making.
  • Maintain a structured competitive intelligence framework covering established and emerging players.
  • Produce detailed competitive analyses, including strengths and weaknesses.
